The Birth of Lady Dee

This website is “ALL about YOU” but I thought you would like to know who Lady Dee is and how I became Lady Dee. The name Lady Dee is definitely not from any statue it came from a close related nickname from a very dear friend who always called me Lady “Di” but to prevent any confusion I changed it to Lady Dee since my first and last name starts with “D”, so the birth of Lady “Di” became Lady Dee. Confused so far, I hope not.

Journey Of Lady Dee

Now that you know where my name came from let’s continue with a little of my life’s journey, though my life is certainly not over and will continue for years to come. In 1981, I embarked on a very exciting journey, leaving my west coast home, Victoria, British Columbia, after marrying the love of my life that led me to various corners of the globe. Just newly married, I traveled and lived in all of the continents including the Oceania region.

Benefits of Volunteering

During my travels I kept myself busy chasing after our two sons; one born in France and the other in Brazil. My sons were busy little people but my entrepreneur’s mind kept asking for more stimulation so volunteering was my solution especially when one does not have a working visa. With volunteering, I had the privilege to work closely with visiting diplomats and dignitaries in various fundraisers and organizations such as; the Terry Fox Run and various Canadian clubs. My experience abroad enriched my life by affording me the opportunity to meet a wide range of interesting people, learn about their cultures and histories. Forever grateful I am!

Upon returning to Canada, not once but three times, I continued my volunteer work assisting organizations as in Newcomers Clubs, NuGrads, Business Entrepreneurs, and Fundraising; The Alzheimer’s Society, The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and the Inn from the Cold Society. Helping others gives me great satisfaction to know that I can as one person make a difference and will continue to do so through my new journey enhancing beautiful lives!

Health Issues

The time came where I had to find help for myself, thanks to health issues. I started to do a lot of research and the more I learned about ALL the toxins we are exposed to on a daily basis the more research I did. I don’t expect anyone to live in a bubble but we can eliminate some toxins through healthier choices for our home and ourselves, so I started “Lady Dee’s ALL About YOU” because it is ALL about YOU…your health.

Unfortunately, without evening knowing…most people are using toxic products in their homes and in their personal care that damages their health…as well as wasting their hard-earned money on substandard vitamins and supplements.

What I want for you is to enjoy and live the life you love!
